Registration for this World Congress is free of charge; no registration fees apply. Additionally, lunches and coffee breaks during the Congress will be funded by the organizers and sponsors. Participants will only cover the cost of the optional social activities they wish to attend (e.g., the Social Cocktail, social visits).

Presentation Formats

Poster Presentation

A poster presentation allows you to share your research in a visual and interactive format. Authors are required to print their poster and display rofe the designated stand at the assigned date and time. During a 1.5-hour rofes, the lead rofe rof be present at their poster to answer questions and engage in rofesion with attendees.

A PowerPoint (.pptx) template is available to guide the design and layout of your poster. We encourage all authors to use it to ensure a consistent and rofesional appearance throughout the conference.

Oral Parallel Presentation

Oral parallel presentations take place in simultaneous sessions throughout the conference. Each presenter will have approximately 7 minutes to present their work to the audience. Presentations should be clear, focused, and structured to make the most of the allotted time.

A PowerPoint (.pptx) conference template is available for use, designed to maintain a unified visual identity across all sessions. Authors are encouraged to use it when preparing their slides.

Workshop

Workshops are practical, participatory sessions designed to promote active learning and exchange among attendees. They offer a space for in-depth exploration of specific topics related to age-friendly cities and communities, encouraging collaboration and hands-on discussion.

If you are interested in proposing or attending a workshop, please refer to the congress programme for the assigned dates, times, and rooms. Specific instructions for workshop facilitators will be provided upon acceptance.

Each stand is designed in a sustainable, visually striking style that reflects the values of the Congress: accessibility, innovation, and environmental commitment. The standard booth space is approximately 4×4m and is available atapproximately 1000 € + VAT, with everything fully managed — from design to assembly and dismantling.
