What does my registration include?
Access to plenary sessions and open activities, as well as lunches and coffee breaks funded by the organisers.
When will I receive confirmation of my attendance?
Confirmations for those actively participating in the Congress will be sent out during March. All other attendees will receive confirmation between March and April.

What is the deadline for submitting proposals?
The deadline for submitting contributions is 9 March 2026.
What criteria are used to evaluate proposals?

3. Logistics and social activities
Will there be activities outside of the technical sessions?
Yes, there will be a social programme that includes social visits and a cocktail party. These activities are optional and the cost is borne by the participant.
Is the event in person or hybrid?
The space is designed to facilitate direct interaction between cities, organisations and professionals from around the world. Those who are unable to attend in person will be able to follow certain sessions via live streaming (to be confirmed).
4. Theme and Objectives
What is the focus of this edition?
The conference will focus on progress made during the UN Decade of Healthy Ageing (2021–2030), digital inclusion, intergenerational connectivity, and community resilience in the face of climate change and conflict.
