How to Participate in the 3WCAFCC
The 3WCAFCC will be a space for meeting and exchange among cities, institutions, organizations, professionals, and individuals from around the world.
You may participate either as an attendee or by contributing to the program.
1) Participate as an Attendee
As an attendee, you will be able to:
- Listen to and engage in dialogue with public officials, professionals, and social stakeholders
- Learn about experiences from cities and communities around the world
- Connect with initiatives, networks, and projects
Attendee registration includes access to plenary sessions, parallel sessions, and open activities
2) Participate by Contributing to the Program
You may actively participate through posters, workshops, presentations, roundtables, or exhibition stands.
Both program contributions and exhibition stands require the submission of a brief abstract through the registration form. Contributions may present experiences, practices, or research, and aim to:
- Share experiences, scientific evidence, and applied innovation
- Showcase processes of social and territorial transformation
- Foster intersectoral and intergenerational dialogue
- Contribute to the implementation and evaluation of evidence-based policies and programs
3) Participate with Exhibition Stands (Global Village)
The Congress will feature a large exhibition area designed to promote interaction among participants. Information on the process for participating with exhibition stands will be published shortly.
4) Participate by Proposing Topics of Interest
In addition, you may suggest topics of interest through the registration form. These contributions will help enrich the program with emerging themes.
The Advisory Committee will evaluate all submitted proposals considering the following criteria:
- Potential impact and applicability
- Thematic relevance
- Originality and innovation
- Contribution to equity and inclusion
- Geographic and contextual diversity of contributions
- Relevance for intersectoral and intergenerational dialogue
- Empirical basis and use of evidence
- Scientific and methodological rigor
- Quality and clarity of communication
All registered participants will be informed about the evaluation process at a later stage.
